Renovation of Monumental Building into Luxury Boutique Hotel Margretha
H2 Properties BV started a thorough and sustainable renovation of the monumental and iconic building at Zeestraat 62 in Zandvoort at the end of May 2021. This involves collaboration with, among others, construction company Selie BV from Amsterdam.
Since the building dates from 1896 and various renovations have taken place over the years, it was necessary to strip everything from the building, except for the protected front facade and supporting walls.
The goal of the renovation is twofold: making the building sustainable and changing its function to a hotel with 6 luxury hotel apartments and a shared common area downstairs.
