Check-in & Check-out Service
Self-service or Meet & Greet?
On the day of arrival you will receive a welcome message at 10:30 via WhatsApp, SMS or e-mail with a link to your personal Web App and a PIN code for access to the hotel and your suite.
Self-service
Self check-in is possible at any time after 15:00 via the Web App or PIN code. All information is described in the Web App.
Meet & Greet
Personal assistance is available daily until 18:00. If you arrive later, please let us know 10 minutes in advance.
Early check-in available from 12:30 for €35. Late check-out available until 13:30 for €35. Subject to availability.

Parking Service
The hotel does not have its own car park, but we have a limited number of parking spaces in the covered parking garage "LDC", just 5 minutes walk (450 metres) from the hotel.
Please note: we only have 3 parking subscriptions — first come, first served, so book in time.
Come to the hotel first to drop off your luggage and collect your parking card.
Parking garage "LDC" has charging points for electric cars

You can book the parking service during the booking process.

Bike Storage & Bike Rental
Bringing your own bike or would you like to rent one?
Fietsstalling
On the side of the hotel we have a locked and covered outdoor space where you can safely park your bicycle. There is also the option to charge your E-bike.
Fietsverhuur
We work together with local bike rental companies. We can reserve bikes for you in advance and if desired ensure that the bike is available on location upon arrival.
